Tech Support Engineer (Part-time) with a Passion for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Do you enjoy supporting customers who operate some of the coolest robots in the world? Ensuring that these robots run smoothly and that customers are happy and well-informed? Are you eager to contribute to building the support function of a fast-growing company with international presence and ambitions? Do you thrive on working with customers and possess the analytical skills to understand their support needs and provide guidance?
Then, we have the job for you!
For the right candidate, there is a unique opportunity to become part of a young, agile robotics company with strong roots in the Danish robot community.
Our goal is to create value with innovative robots that interact seamlessly with humans, achieved through our expertise in developing top modules for MiR robots. Currently, we have two divisions that focus on disinfection robots and infotainment robots.
Our Disinfection robots primarily serve the following segments: Healthcare, Food & Beverage and Pharma industries. Infotainment robots are targeted towards shopping centers, airports, educational institutions, hotels and conferences.
You will be assigned a monthly on-call week where, after working hours (16-21 on weekdays and 8-21 on weekends), you will be responsible for operating our growing fleet of robots in Denmark and abroad. If challenges arise with customers, you will receive automatic notifications and can access the robot remotely using our tech support tools to assist the customer in 99/100 cases.
On-site visits are extremely rare and only take place after coordination with the Tech Support Manager. You will also have the opportunity to contact more experienced colleagues for tips and advice.
Furthermore, based on a flexible and study-friendly arrangement, hours can be agreed upon for various tasks, including robot installations on-site, customer/supplier training, robot inspections, and maintenance. This will be compensated on an hourly basis and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Ideally, you have a technical background or are currently pursuing a short, medium, or long-term technical education. The role offers ample opportunity for development in the field of robotics and technology, from mechanical and electrical aspects to handling customer needs, so curiosity and initiative will be valuable traits.
You write and speak Danish at a negotiation level but do not necessarily need to be a native speaker. You can communicate in English both in writing and verbally, and if possible, have a basic understanding of German.
